01 Who we are

heyarcadewrld.com is run by ArcadeWrld LLC, a US limited liability company (“ArcadeWrld”, “we”, “us”). “You” means anyone using the site or buying from it.

02 Accepting these terms

By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies they link to:

If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

03 Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or be using the site with a parent or guardian’s involvement. We ship only to US addresses. We may refuse service to anyone, for example to prevent fraud or resale.

04 Your account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

05 Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and sizes may vary slightly. Product details come partly from our suppliers; if something doesn’t match its description, our Refund & return policy covers you.

Products are sold for personal use, not resale. We may limit quantities per customer.

06 Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we ship the item and email you the tracking details, not when you get the order confirmation. Until then, we can cancel an order for the reasons in our Order cancellation policy and refund you in full.

07 Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include import duties. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. See our Payment & billing terms for payment methods, promo codes, gift cards and pricing errors.

08 Shipping, risk and title

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your parcel. Before that, it’s on us: if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we reship or refund.

09 Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or comment, it must be honest, about your own experience, and must not contain anything illegal, hateful or infringing. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it on our site and social channels with your first name or chosen display name. We may remove content that breaks these rules. We don’t pay for reviews or edit them to change their meaning.

10 Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• Break the law or anyone else’s rights using the site.
• Scrape, copy or resell our content, prices or product data.
• Try to hack, overload or interfere with the site or its security.
• Use fake details, stolen payment methods, or abuse promo codes or returns.

We may suspend accounts or cancel orders that break these rules.

11 Our content

The ArcadeWrld name, logo, illustrations, photos, text and site design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may share links to our pages. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without written permission. To report content you think infringes your rights, see IP & takedown.

12 Third-party links and services

The site uses and links to services run by others, such as payment processors and carrier tracking pages. Their terms apply to those services, and we’re not responsible for them.

13 Warranties

We stand behind our products as described in Our promise. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under law that can’t be waived, including implied warranties under your state’s law.

14 Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ArcadeWrld isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15 Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law and a third party makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

16 Disputes

If we can’t resolve it together, either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where you live, or in the state or federal courts of the state where ArcadeWrld LLC is registered.

17 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where ArcadeWrld LLC is registered and US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Your local consumer protection laws still apply where they give you more protection.

18 General

• If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given it up.
• You can’t transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the business is sold.
• These terms and the linked policies are the whole agreement between you and us about using the site.
• We’re not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, carrier strikes or outages.

19 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. For significant changes, we’ll post a notice on the site.
