One page to switch off data sharing for ads, and to ask us to see, fix or delete what we hold about you.

Use the request form to see, correct, download or delete your data.
We reply within 45 days, usually much sooner.

We don’t sell your personal information for money. But when advertising cookies are on, ad partners like Meta, Google and TikTok can use data about your visit to show you ads elsewhere. Some state laws call that “selling” or “sharing”.

Opting out:

Stops advertising cookies and pixels in this browser.
Stops us sending your hashed email to ad platforms for matching.
Takes effect immediately in this browser. To cover other browsers and devices, sign in or include your email in a request below.

You’ll still see ads online, they just won’t be based on your ArcadeWrld activity.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out for that browser. You don’t need to do anything else.

Make a privacy request

Email hello@heyarcadewrld.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Include your order number if you have one, and tell us what you’d like: to see, correct, download or delete your data, or to opt out everywhere.

Verification: we confirm requests by emailing you and matching an order number or account. We only ask for what we need to confirm it’s you.
Timing: we reply within 45 days. If we need more time (up to 45 more days), we’ll tell you why.
Deletion: we delete or anonymise your data, except what the law requires us to keep, such as order records for tax.
Authorised agents: someone can make a request for you with your signed permission. We may still ask you to confirm your identity.
Appeals: if we decline a request, reply to our decision to appeal. We answer appeals within 45 days. If you’re still unhappy, you can contact your state attorney general.
