01 Ways to pay

02 Currency and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices include import duties but not sales tax. Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.

03 When you’re charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. For pre-orders and backorders, you’re also charged at checkout, and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before the item ships.

04 Sales tax

We collect sales tax in the states where we’re required to. It’s calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay. If an item is refunded, the tax on it is refunded too.

05 Payment security

Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal. Both are certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for handling card data. Your full card number goes straight to them; it never touches our servers. Some payments may ask you to confirm with your bank (3D Secure).

06 Fraud checks

To protect you and us, orders are screened automatically. If an order looks unusual, we may ask you to verify it, or cancel it and refund you in full. We’ll always email you if this happens.

07 Pricing and listing errors

We work hard to get every price right, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you’ve received a confirmation email. We’ll let you know and offer the item at the correct price if you still want it.

08 Promo codes and discounts

• One promo code per order unless the offer says otherwise.
• Codes have no cash value and can’t be applied to orders already placed.
• Codes can’t be used to buy gift cards.
• We may end a promotion early or cancel orders that misuse a code, such as codes shared publicly against the offer’s terms.

09 Gift cards and store credit

Gift cards are sold in US dollars and can only be used at heyarcadewrld.com. They don’t expire and have no fees. They can’t be exchanged for cash except where state law requires it. Treat a gift card like cash: we can’t replace it if it’s lost or used by someone else. Store credit from a return works the same way.

10 Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, your order won’t be placed. If you don’t recognise a charge from ArcadeWrld, please email us first. We can usually explain or fix it within a day, faster than a bank dispute.

11 Receipts and invoices

You’ll get an order confirmation by email with your receipt. Need an invoice with your business name on it? Email us your order number and the details.

12 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one posted on the day you placed it.
