What we guarantee on every order, in writing. If we don’t keep it, we fix it.

It arrives, or you’re refunded
If your parcel is lost in transit, we reship it or refund you in full, your choice. See our Shipping policy for the details.
It works as described
If an item arrives damaged, doesn’t work, or isn’t what the product page described, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it. Usually you won’t need to send it back.
30-day limited warranty
Every item is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from delivery. If an item fails during normal use in that time, we replace it, or refund you if we can’t.
This warranty doesn’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect use.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, water (unless the item is sold as waterproof), or using the wrong charger or power supply.
- Items that have been opened up, modified or repaired by someone else.
- Batteries that lose capacity over time, which is normal.
To claim, email hello@heyarcadewrld.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under state law, including implied warranties.
No surprise fees
The price at checkout is the price you pay, plus sales tax where it applies. Import duties are included. Nobody will ask you for money at the door.
Honest timing
Every product page shows a real delivery estimate. If your order is going to be late, we email you before you have to ask, and you can cancel for a full refund instead of waiting.
