01 What we sell

We don’t knowingly sell counterfeits, knock-offs of branded products, or items using licensed characters without a licence. We check supplier listings before we sell them, but if something slips through, we want to know.

02 Copyright reports (DMCA)

To report copyrighted material (such as a photo, video or text) used without permission, send a written notice to our designated agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. The copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) of the material on our site.
4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you’re the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

03 Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or you have the right to use it, send a counter-notice to the same agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. What was removed and where it appeared.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or the courts of the state where ArcadeWrld LLC is registered, if you’re outside the US) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.

We’ll forward it to the person who reported the content. If they don’t tell us within 10–14 business days that they’ve filed a court action, we may restore the content.

04 Trademark, design and other IP reports

For trademarks, patents, design rights or anything else not covered by the DMCA, email hello@heyarcadewrld.com with:

• Proof that you own the right (such as a registration number).
• The listing URL(s) and what infringes.
• Your contact details and a good-faith statement that the use isn’t authorised.

05 What we do

• We confirm we’ve received your report within 2 business days.
• If the report is complete and the claim is clear, we remove or disable the content and stop selling the item.
• We contact the supplier and, where relevant, the customer or reviewer who posted it.
• We tell you what action we took.

06 Repeat infringers

We close accounts of customers who repeatedly post infringing reviews or images, and stop working with suppliers who repeatedly send us infringing products.

07 False reports

Knowingly false reports or counter-notices can make the sender liable for damages under US law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). Please make sure your report is accurate.
