All prices are in US dollars, and your payment is taken when you place the order.

Yes. Card payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal, both certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest standard for card data.

Your full card number goes straight to them and never touches our servers. Some payments ask you to confirm with your bank (3D Secure), which is an extra check for your protection.

Our charges show up as ArcadeWrld on your statement. If you see a charge you don’t recognise, or one that looks doubled, it may be a temporary authorisation that drops off by itself within a few days.

Please email hello@heyarcadewrld.com before contacting your bank. We can usually explain or fix it within a day, which is faster than a bank dispute.

We collect sales tax in the states where we’re required to. It’s worked out from your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay. If an item is refunded, the tax on it is refunded too.

Enter the code in the coupon field at checkout. One code per order, unless the offer says otherwise.

• Codes can’t be added to orders already placed.
• Codes have no cash value and can’t be used to buy gift cards.
• If a code doesn’t work, check its expiry date and any minimum spend in the offer.

No. ArcadeWrld gift cards and store credit never expire and have no fees. They’re in US dollars and work on heyarcadewrld.com only.

Treat a gift card like cash: we can’t replace one that’s lost or used by someone else.
