No. Any USB power bank with 5 V 2 A output works. A 10,000 mAh bank runs it for roughly 5 hours on medium.

It switches itself off after 2 hours, but it’s made for wearing while you’re awake. Don’t use it on a baby, someone who can’t feel heat, or under a duvet.

Yes, if your power bank supports pass-through charging. You can also plug the cable straight into a USB wall adapter.

Take the heat pad out of its pocket, then machine wash the shawl cold and let it air dry.
